When you first start using your Opena™ it may be a little stiff but just like a new pair of shoes you need to wear it in to get it feeling just right. You can also easily tune your Opena™ case to make the slide just right for you. Its a personal thing. Some people like it stiff (don't be dirty) some people like it loose (again don't be dirty).  

Tuning your Opena™ case is very simple. All that is required is to apply a subtle bend to the bottle opener, which in turn increase or decreases the amount of pressure required to slide the bottle opener in and out. The more bend you have the tighter it gets. 

Slide the bottle opener out and push down on a hard surface like a table or wall as seen in the above photo. We do not recommend doing this on your mum's piano, stainless steel is much harder than wood! 

By pushing down on the blade you can achieve a slight bend in the blade which will make the blade stay locked in when not in use. You only need a slight bend (as shown above).
